NOTE: This access method does not allow people in to your computer without permission each time it is used.

 

  • The Remote Desktop icon looks like this:

  • If you want to keep it visible at all times, click the pin next to the icon.
  • On the left, click “Remote Support” so you see this screen

  • Click the blue “+ Generate Code” button and give this to the person who is helping you.
  • Once they use the code to request access your system, you will be prompted to let them in to access your computer.
