Please read these instructions carefully before proceeding and NEVER accept a remote support session that you did not request or from someone unknown to you!
After clicking the button at the end of these instructions you will be taken to a screen that looks something like this:
Click the "Generate Code" button in the "Get Support" section and you will be shown a support connection code which looks like this:
Give the 12-digit code to your support person, and they will request a connection to your computer. You will be prompted to accept this request. It will look something like this:
Click the "Share" button to start the remote support session.
